Subject: Important Announcement: Change in Landscaping Services Vendor
Dear Abbottsford Residents,
Since our landscape contract ends this month the Abbottsford Board of Directors as the decision and financial leaders for Abbottsford issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for our landscaping maintenance contract. After extensive evaluation of different services provided by multiple landscape maintenance companies the Board selected a vendor for 2024.
We are delighted to share that, after careful consideration, the Abbottsford Board of Directors selected and completed contract negotiations at the end of November with the Milosi Landscaping company as our new landscaping services provider for 2024.

This decision was made with excitement for the innovative opportunities they bring and follows years of great service from Sunrise of Nashville. We extend our sincere gratitude to Sunrise for their commitment to shaping the beauty of our Abbottsford community.
We anticipate a seamless transition and look forward to the positive enhancements Milosi Landscape will bring to our community’s landscaping processes. Your understanding and support during this change are appreciated.
Additional information about services and processes will be available in early January. The Board is looking for a time in Mid-January to introduce and welcome the Milosi people to Abbottsford.
