**Call for Board of Director Nominations**
The upcoming Spring Semi-Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 13 2024, at the Abbottsford Clubhouse. There will be an election to fill one position on the Board of Directors. The BOD is currently seeking nominations for this position.
Nancy Lorenzi will be completing her 3-year term and not seeking re-election. This position carries a 3-year term until 2027. Other current Board members include Chris Wells (term ending 2025) Brad Pendleton (term ending in 2026), Ashley Cantrell (term ending in 2025), and Townes Duncan (term ending in 2026).
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please submit your name along with a brief biography to Cody Carroll at Abbottsford615@gmail.com. For those who wish to discuss this opportunity further, please feel free to reach out to the property manager or any Board member. The deadline for nominations to be placed in the printed meeting packet is Monday, April 22nd, 2023. Write-in votes may still be recorded at the time of the meeting as well. Full meeting packets will be delivered in advance of the May meeting.
