Hello from your On-Site Manager,
The holiday season is a busy time in Abbottsford and my primary focus this season is safety and security. With the increase in package deliveries and vehicle traffic, there is increased opportunity for crime, specifically small scale thefts. Please be cautious about outgoing mail and bring in packages and deliveries as soon as possible. Lock all vehicles and bring in valuables when able.
In Addition, we usually have an increase in pedestrian and visitor traffic this time of year. Please ensure you are watching for pedestrians, especially after dark. Please obey, and help ensure that your guests obey, all stop signs and traffic control measures. Pedestrians, please take nessesary precautions to make sure that you are visible to others.
I will be monitoring the comings and goings of the neighborhood closely over the next few weeks. If you suspect anything has gone missing from your property or you spot a specific safety concern, please report to me immediately so that I may investigate to the best of my ability.
