Management walkthrough of recent issue items.
5/6/24
Community Irrigation startup will be happening before May 24th.
Our next round of shrub pruning will be towards the end of May. Official scheduled dates pending.
4/25/24
Seasonal color at the front entrance and clubhouse will be installed May 9th. Weather pending.
4/19/24
Pre-emergent for mulched beds round 2 will begin application today. Tree and Shrub Round 2 will begin on 4/23

Turf treatment round 2 will begin 4/17.

Community management walkthrough of issue items for recent period.
4/8/24
Due to the rain, mowing will be delayed until dryer weather to help avoid damage to turf.
3/22/24
Weekly maintenance mowing should begin next week.

We are beginning to phase into spring services. The mowing schedule will be prioritizing turf health during this early part of the year. Spring growth will need to continue a few more weeks to achieve the best results. We will continue to monitor growth and cut only as needed.

Turf Fertilization and Weed Control-Round One is starting today.
2/15/24
Mulch Application will begin today. If you have not already, contact Cody if you desire to opt out of community hardwood mulching services.
2/12/24
We should be finishing tree and shrub early this week and will be moving on to turf applications.
This will be round 1 turf which will consist of 2 different fertilizers as well as 2 types of pre emergent for weed control.

Beginning tomorrow- Ornamental Tree & Shrub Application Round One –treatments consist of pesticide applications to prevent insects, as well as fertilizer application for optimal plant health and lush growth.

Next week we will begin our dormant pruning services. This will include ornamental shrubs and grasses throughout the HOA. Some rejuvenation pruning may occur on out of season species to get plants down to proper maintenance sizes.
Mulch prep will begin the following week. We will trench edge the mulch beds in preparation for the mulch which is scheduled for the 15th of February.
