The semi-annual HOA meeting on May 13th, 2024, and was called to order by board president Chris Wells. The real estate report was presented by Elizabeth McGuire, resident and real estate professional. Milosi, the landscaping company, made a brief presentation and faced mixed feedback from homeowners. Some criticized their performance, while others had a more neutral perspective. Milosi representatives acknowledged issues and outlined their improvement plans, including turf treatments and improved communication through a new representative, reminding that we are still early in the process. Homeowners discussed various landscaping concerns, from dead shrubs to debris removal policies. The meeting also covered financial and asset reports, with discussion on road paving and curb improvements. Engagement, led by Nancy Lorenzi, reviewed past and upcoming community activities.
